How long does the delivery take?

Depending on your location, orders can take 7-21 days to arrive.

 

What shipping method is used?

Most deliveries use designated couriers. Please take a note that although we ship worldwide, some orders are subjected to additional customs duties and inspections upon delivery. Customer are responsible to check with your country’s custom.

Do I need to pay sales tax or duty fees on my order?

Price includes VAT for all deliveries to Australia. For shipments to other countries, you are responsible for the payment of any VAT or GST as required by each country’s custom regulations. Please note that orders may be subject to additional import tax and duty fees when the order reaches its designed country.

Customers are required to bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
