Refund policy

You may return any product purchased directly from Aura-Australia official websites for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product – if it is in its original condition with original packaging. All shipping, handling, customs or duty cost incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Aura-Australia will not pay any shipping, handling, customs or duty costs when shipping to the customer, or when customer returns the product back to us. 

For hygienic reasons, Aura-Australia beauty devices may only be returned unused and in original condition with unopened, sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt.

 

Returning Damaged/Defective Items

1 YEAR WARRANTY
Ordering today registers you for full warranty coverage. This means if you experience issues within 1-year of purchase, Aura-Australia will replace your product free of charge.

In case of defects and damages caused during deliveries, customer shall email us at support@aura-australia.com providing a digital image of the damage or defect. The damaged / defective device must be returned to Aura-Australia for inspection before any final decision can be made about the state of the product and the next step to be taken.

 

Where to return the order

We will communicate directly with you about the return address which will either be in Asia or Australia.

Email will be sent to you when your return has arrived at our facilities. If you have submitted requests for a refund, please be advised that refunds usually take up to 7-10 days. If replacement of items is requested, we will send out the replacement within 7 days upon our receipt of the defected or damage items, depends on product availability. You will receive the shipping notification once it has been sent.

Aura-Australia reserves all right of final decision in case of any conflicts.
